Check-in took ages and the TV was defective with no follow-up!!! The whole floor smelled like smoke despite a non-smoking room. Better guest communication about disturbances is essential!!!

Staying here was quite the experience. The staff was fantastic, especially one guy who went out of his way to help with everything from getting tickets to recommending places.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but you gotta pay for quality.

Some issues arose during the stay that could dampen the experience. The smell of smoke lingered in non-smoking rooms, which was off-putting, especially for families. Additionally, the hot water in the shower had an unpleasant yellow tint and was unappealing. Finally, room service calls and disturbances early in the morning due to mix-ups added unnecessary frustration to the nights.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We loved visiting the Mall of the Emirates and exploring the nearby metro stations. The location is super convenient, and the hotel has a good breakfast spread. Definitely recommend it for a fun group getaway.
One downside was the erratic room cleaning. Our room didn't get cleaned on two occasions, which was a bit frustrating.
